Our spring yoga workshop with instructor Andrea Kopačková will focus on finding your own centre, stability and inner grace.
Our body is a reservoir of subtle energy and works best when the tension in it is balanced.
Through this workshop we will try to bring our bodies into alignment and promote health through breathe and flow yoga suitable for beginners and advanced practitioners.
