Where can I find shops at Brumlovka?

Available retail spaces can be found on this site in the For Lease section. Shops and services can be found in the retail areas of the Filadelfie, Brumlovka, Beta, Alpha, Budova B, and Budova G buildings.

Is there a grocery store at Brumlovka?

Yes, there is Albert supermarket located in the FILADELFIE shopping center (the tallest building in the area). Groceries can also be purchased at the MARANATHA health food store in the BRUMLOVKA Building.

Where can I park if I just need to buy something?

Hassle-free public parking is available in public aboveground parking lots and parking garages in the DELTA, BRUMLOVKA, FILADELFIE, and Budova G. Parking is charged at a rate of CZK 50 per hour (or partial hour; the first 15 minutes are free) and CZK 10 per hour during weekends.

How much does it cost to rent a flat at Brumlovka?

Prices depend on the size of the flat. Flats currently available for rent can be viewed on the Baar Residential Park website at www.baarova.cz

Can I park for free at Brumlovka?

Yes, but only for 15 minutes (primarily for loading and unloading, in both aboveground and underground parking lots).

Where can I find underground public parking?

Covered underground parking is available in the Filadelfie, Brumlovka, Delta, and Budova G.

Can spaces at Brumlovka (interiors, exteriors) be used in films or photographs?

Yes, but only with the express permission of representatives of the PASSERINVEST GROUP, a.s. Marketing Department. Please contact the department by email at info@passerinvest.cz.

What’s the easiest way to reach Brumlovka by public transport?

We have our own shuttle bus service at Brumlovka, lines BB1 and BB2. On weekdays, the buses will take you from the Budějovická bus stop straight to Brumlovka and back (more in the Shuttle Bus section). The following Prague public transit buses also stop at Brumlovka: Lines 118, 124, 170 on Vyskočilova Street and lines 139 and 196 on Michelská Street (Jemnická stop). Brumlovka is also just a 7-minute walk away from the Budějovická metro station via Vyskočilova Street.
