With the help of asanas, we will cleanse and release blockages in the body for easier passage of prana - the energy of life force.We will learn how to practice yoga more easily and develop new abilities to become more receptive to our inner energies and processes. We will deepen confidence in yoga postures.
Bring: Yoga mat, comfortable clothes, blanket.
