Do you like coffee and want to learn how to distinguish different flavours and appreciate the nuances of different types of coffee? Join a cupping workshop to find out more. At the tasting, barista Ondřej Petrus will guide us through the history of coffee, giving us a look into the world of sensory science and explaining the role it plays in coffee. You’ll learn to perceive the flavour notes and describe the characteristics of different coffees.
