The BETA Building comes from the drawing boards of Aulík Fišer Architects and was completed in 2005. It is located in the central section of Brumlovka locality on the main street, Vyskočilova. The BETA Building has 9 aboveground and 3 underground floors. Of interest is not only its use of the most advanced materials and technologies, but also for its unique flexible interior layout, producing office space of the highest quality, with the option of open or divided offices. One floor offers an average of 2,000 m2 of leasable space. The building also features an imposing atrium that contributes greatly to the excellent lighting conditions in the offices. The building is BREEAM certified (BRE Environmental Assessment Method), the leading international method for evaluating buildings in terms of their sustainability, and received a rating of Very Good. Natural materials are used extensively in the building’s interiors, primarily wood, stone, and glass. On the BETA Building’s top floor, there is a roof terrace with relaxation zones and another separate terrace reserved for use by the tenants of the top floor. The building also has a public cafeteria and practical retail spaces on the ground floor.
The BETA Building has excellent transport accessibility: there is a bus stop (Za Betou) close to the building (two stops to the Budějovická metro station and two stops to the Kačerov metro station), and a direct connection to the Prague Ring Road and the D1 motorway.
