Villas is a administrative project from the drawing board of Aulík Fišer Architects. It comprises two buildings constructed in 2002 connected by a common ground floor, along with a third building, Residence BB Centrum. The two office buildings offer a total of 7,800 m2 of leasable space on six aboveground floors and 210 underground parking spaces. The balanced design of the two buildings allows for variable layouts of individual floors depending on the tenant’s requirements.
