Baar Park has brought new green areas to BB Centrum. It opened in July 2010 after it had been planned and eagerly awaited for a long time. The park, located east of Building FILADELFIE, was created by developer PASSERINVEST GROUP within a three month time period from spring 2010.
The park is a great asset for those people working in BB Centrum as well as those living near Prague 4. Rather than serving as a pure “green feature”, which is a must for contemporary complexes, the one-hectare Baar Park offers a great number of attractions for active leisure, a large relaxation zone with inviting benches amidst green vegetation, and a water feature – a small fountain.
Baar Park is a leisure time project in the broadest sense of the word – the attractions, which will satisfy all age groups, were chosen with an emphasis on security, originality and overall shape.
In Baar Park, you can play pétanque on a court inside the pedestrian precinct, have fun on a rotating seesaw, or, together with friends, simulate a simple conference.
