The office Building Gamma is the largest of all the BB Centrum buildings that have been developed so far. It has a total area of 30,000 square metres spread over ten above ground floor levels. Besides, there are over 500 parking places in three basements. A typical floor area of Gamma exceeds 3,000 square metres. With its architectural design, the building ranks among the most impressive modern office developments. The airy and large lobby is dominated by glass panoramic lifts, conference rooms protruding into the atrium and slim footbridges linking both wings of the building. The glazed roof provides ample natural light. Natural materials, such as stone for flooring and timber fro various lining, have been applied in the indoor atrium to strike a balance between large glazed areas and warm materials. There is a large garden on the top of the building, in addition to a smaller observatory gallery on the eighth floor.
