A contemporary office building which boasts high-quality exterior/interior design and excellent technical amenities. The 8-shaped plan of the building facilitates effective communication and high flexibility, which are among essential requirements of the tenants. In addition, they require extreme simplicity to create a working environment that is pleasant and impressive, while at the same time durable and easy to maintain. The total usable area is 21,300 square metres. In the lobby the architecturally unique reception desk made of glass fibre reinforced plastic is dramatically highlighted by the light cascading into the atrium. The three underground floors provide 416 parking places. The appealing inner atrium has panoramic lifts that rise from the ground floor up to the top of the building. The south façade has glass wall panels on the forefront, and properly protects the office areas against noise and heat loss.
