Temporary limitation of traffic in Želetavská, Jemnická and Vyskočilova Street
We would like to inform you in advance about the planned closures and subsequent temporary restriction of traffic in the vicinity of the crossroads of Želetavská, Jemnická and Vyskočilova Streets.
Due to the relocation of the hot-water pipeline and the transfer station for the Jemnická area, part of the road in Želetavská Street will be completely closed on the weekends from 24th – 25th June 2017 and from 1st - 2nd July 2017 (possible changes may occur).
The Želetavská Street can be reached from the motorway entry road. During these days intensive excavation work will be carried out on the roads and adjacent pavements (see the transport schedule in individual weekends), the underground garages of Building D and Villas will be further exploited while respecting traffic constraints.
The actual construction work on the hot water pipelines will take place from 26th June 2017 until about the end of July (addition for residents: the hot water shutdown itself is valid on the date announced by the Prague heating plant or your building management). Traffic signs will be installed in the roads concerned to ensure trouble-free operation of this part of BB Centrum (car, shuttle bus and pedestrian area).
Our company will also continue to revitalize Building A and the construction will be carried out on the facade of the building. For this reason, scaffolding will be built around the building, which will temporarily restrict the area of the adjacent pavements (especially Želetavská and Vyskočilova Streets).
